Return Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, please note that we only accept returns in the following circumstances:
Defective or Broken Items: Returns will only be accepted if the item is defective or broken upon arrival. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Unboxing Video Requirement: In the event of a defective or broken item, you must provide an unboxing video as proof. The video should clearly show the condition of the item at the time of opening the package. This video is a mandatory requirement for processing the return.
Return Request Timeframe: All return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this time will not be eligible for a return.
How to Request a Return:
- Please contact our customer service team with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect or damage
- The unboxing video showing the condition of the item
- Our team will review the request and assist you with the return process.
